S.H.A.P.E. Solutions was founded out of a strong desire to deliver consistent and superior care with a holistic and collaborative approach that serves the whole family. Incorporating teachers, caregivers and other therapists – together, helping those on the spectrum and their families cope, communicate, function, and succeed at the highest level of functionality. We are devoted to the pursuit of providing excellent, honest, and compassionate care within the autism community.
We have an exceptionally dedicated team of behavioral therapists who are experienced experts with a reputation for helping children with a diagnosis of an autism spectrum disorder – and their families – understand, improve, and lead functional, productive lives.
MEET OUR TEAM
Our program is supervised by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and delivered by highly trained therapists who are committed to providing our diverse and inclusive community with consistent, quality care based on decades of research and best practices. We have created a model for our professionals to collaborate on treatment approaches, share best practices, and continuously learn from each other. Your child will be supported not just by his or her immediate team, but also by the decades of experience and expertise of all our clinicians, many of whom have studied and trained in the finest ABA programs in the world.

Carolyn Young
CEO/Owner
Carolyn Young comes from a forty-year plus, career as an Educator and administrator and passionately works with the autism community. She brings passion, personal history, and a history of serving families in need to her mission: to establish S.H.A.P.E. Solutions as a leading provider of services and Applied Behavior Analysis treatment for children with autism and their families.

Danee is a highly enthusiastic professional with a passion for education and training! Danee holds a Bachelor of Science in Child Development from Southern University A & M College and completed the Behavior Analytic specific coursework at the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
Beverly Kirby
MS, BCBA, LBA, PN1
A Board-Certified Licensed Behavior Analyst, Beverly Kirby fulfilled a vision is to use the science of behavior analysis to improve lives, serving children providing professional training to people struggling with their overall mental and physical health, and working with small to midsize businesses to boost productivity, safely and efficiently.
Sorlyz Pagan-Savoy

Mental Health Coordinator
Sorlyz earned her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and is a Resident in Counseling in the state of Virginia. She graduated from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and has a background in behavioral analysis as a registered behavioral technician.
